History

Ushi is an akaushi bull with the power to exorcise demons. He becomes part of the Arataki Gang after befriending Itto.

When the oni is trapped in the Chasm's Bed he summons Ushi to have him look around for hidden exits, but to no avail. The bull takes care of Paimon and Itto while they're out of energy. After they finally manage to leave the place Ushi asks the oni to tell Yelan, Yanfei, Kuki, Paimon, the Traveler and Xiao that the yaksha shouldn't isolate himself because regardless of his harmful power there will always be people willing to spend time around him, just like Ushi does with Itto.
